The process starts within the Earth.

Granite, Marble and other stones form from the slow crystallization of magma below the Earth's surface.

The giant blocks are then cut into many slices of what are called "slabs". Generally they are cut into 2 cm & 3 cm thicknesses. This is roughly 0.75 inches and 1.25 inches thick.

These slabs are then taken to the fabrication shop to cut and polish the edges to the specification wanted. Below you will find a beautiful moon shaped bar that received some Red Onyx. Onyx is very rare and has a quality that other stones do not; it is translucent and will allow light to shine through creating beautiful works of art.
